Job description

Описание: Neo Group recruits on behalf of a local partner and leverages a network of 1,400 professionals across more than 10 countries to deliver data-driven solutions for clients and support professional growth.

Задачи:

• Create banners, graphics, and other visual content for social media platforms
• Generate and refine visuals using AI tools and integrate them into polished marketing creatives
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across SMM materials
• Create, adapt, and maintain design templates for different social media formats and content needs
• Collaborate with SMM managers and the creative team to develop and deliver visual content
• Contribute ideas and explore AI tools and workflows to improve visual production quality and efficiency
• Prepare design materials based on briefs and deliver them on time

Требования:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably focused on social media content
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and integrating AI-generated assets into production-ready designs
• Understanding of prompting techniques and AI-assisted creative workflows
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory, with awareness of current social media and AI-generated visual trends
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work consistently and on time
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback
• Будет плюсом: Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, experience in gaming, gambling, betting, or a similar digital industry, basic knowledge of or hands‑on experience with 3D design and related tools
