Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid search and other acquisition channels, prioritising performance and efficiency
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across markets while meeting CPA and ROAS targets
• Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages, refining what brings in high-quality traffic
• Analyse campaign data to identify growth opportunities, waste, and areas for improvement
• Monitor budgets, trends, and bidding to direct spend effectively
• Create clear reports explaining results, causes, and recommended next steps
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to improve performance and conversions
• Monitor paid media and platform changes and propose new experiments

Требования

• Proven experience managing paid search acquisition campaigns
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Proven experience running complex, global, large-scale campaigns
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions from data and act on them
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Fluent written and spoken English
