Описание: Stylio is a new AI-powered fashion app helping women better understand what truly suits them and feel confident in what they wear. Stylio is built as a startup-style product within a larger, established company. This means we combine the best of both worlds: fast decision-making, experimentation, and ownership solid resources, stability, and long-term product vision. We’re looking for a Motion Designer who’s passionate about creating creating performance-driven motion creatives for mobile apps and paid marketing campaigns.

• Creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
• Iterating on creatives based on performance feedback
• Adapting motion creatives for different ad formats and platforms (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin)
• Working closely with creative producer to ensure visuals and messages are cohesive
• Managing a project and meeting deadlines
• Following industry best practices for file optimization, compression, and rendering for efficient delivery
• Providing input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions

Требования

• 1+ years of experience working with mobile/web products.
• Understanding the specifics of creating content focused on performance marketing
• Work experience with AI tools
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop (ability to create a design/illustration file for animation)
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Understanding of basic principles of editing and animation
• Knowledge of AE plugins
• English level - B1 minimum
• Будет плюсом: Experience in creating UGC content; Creating animations for web platforms (Lottie/Rive); Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; Knowledge of software for editing and creating sound effects; Basic knowledge of 3D software; Interest in fashion, style, or visual aesthetics
