Job summary

Westfield Insurance is seeking a Community Investment Senior Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support for the Foundation and its Community Investment strategy. You will handle donations, volunteer grants, and event coordination with discretion, ensuring accurate records and timely communications.

The role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and proficient Microsoft Suite usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative coordination, program coordination, community investment, employee engagement, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED and/or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration of donations and the Volunteer Grant Program and coordinates Team Volunteer events.
• Maintains documentation of decisions and records with discretion and confidentiality.
• Coordinates administrative needs for Foundation and Community Investment staff, including budgeting and reporting.
• Tracks engagement metrics for Community Investment programs and employee engagement.
• Drafts internal communications and supporting materials for intranet/newsletters and Purpose Connect.
