Qualifications

• Hybrid work arrangement: 3+ days in office per week.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between Westfield Insurance Foundation and Community Investment programming.
• Maintains discretion and confidentiality with donations, nonprofit orgs, and internal funding decisions.
• Coordinates administrative needs and functions including Donation Support, Volunteer Grant Program, and Team Volunteer events.
• Records and updates CyberGrants and related budget documents; reconciles donations and reports.
• Tracks employee engagement metrics and supports internal communications.
