Job summary

Westfield-Insurance Foundation is seeking a Community Investment Senior Coordinator. Working under minimal supervision, you will provide high level administrative support for the Foundation and its Community Investment strategy, handling donations, volunteer grants, and team events.

You will coordinate communications, maintain documentation, track budgets and deliver timely updates. The role requires discretion, strong time management, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative coordination, program coordination, community investment, employee engagement, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED (or commensurate experience).

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative liaison between the Foundation and Community Investment programming.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in donations and funding decisions.
• Coordinate donations, volunteer grants, and team volunteer events.
• Update CyberGrants, track budgets, and prepare reports on engagement metrics.
• Support internal communications, intranet articles, and newsletters.
• Lead and manage defined Community Investment processes from intake to completion.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, and expenditures, flag variances.
