Job summary

The Getty Foundation seeks a Business Applications Analyst in the Grants Administration department. The role ensures that the Foundation's grants management system (Fluxx) and related business applications support international grantmaking efficiently.

You will maintain Fluxx, coordinate system releases, provide user training, audit data integrity, and collaborate across Getty Digital and external partners to meet evolving needs and digital workflow goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years business applications experience.
• Knowledge of Fluxx Grants Management or similar cloud-based grants management application.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of grants management and philanthropy.
• Ability to document business requirements for information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Applies in-depth knowledge of cloud-based grants management software to optimize grants management processes and workflows.
• Supports development, maintenance, and upgrading of the GMS; tests and implements releases and enhancements.
• Provides training and support to users at all levels of system engagement.
• Ensures data integrity by auditing and analyzing data.
• Develops data standards and user procedures; documents workflows and configurations.
• Collaborates with Getty Digital to develop business solutions and monitor interfaces/APIs (PeopleSoft, DocuSign, etc.).
• Manages reporting requirements; builds reports independently or with Getty Digital.
• Maintains user accounts and reviews security/permissions configurations.
• Serves as primary administrator of Grant Administration DocuSign account and workflow.
