Avenue 360 Health & Wellness is an FQHC/Community Health Center serving Houston and Harris County. We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle and Billing to support our mission and to oversee billing operations. This full-time role reports to the Executive Vice President of Finance.

The Director will lead revenue cycle performance, staff development, budgeting, and policy implementation, with emphasis on HRSA and Ryan White compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in nonprofit Billing and Revenue Cycle; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HRSA and Ryan White policies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead centralized patient and billing operations with clinicians and leadership.
• Coordinate with administration, providers, and external partners to resolve issues.
• Staffing and development for billing, coding, and patient financial services within budget.
