Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience in non-profit Billing and Revenue Cycle; preferably in an FQHC setting.
• 5 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills with subordinates and co-workers.
• Appropriately prioritizes mission-critical activities.

• Lead centralized patient and billing operations as primary point of contact for clinicians and leadership.
• Coordinate with administration, providers, and outside organizations to manage practice operations.
• Ensure staffing for billing, coding, and patient financial services; recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop staff.
• Set schedules and allocations to ensure efficient revenue cycle.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage performance issues; develop training materials.
• Address staff and patient complaints in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement written policies governing clinic operations.
• Identify solutions for strategic growth and optimize revenue collections.
• Develop data-driven action plans for efficient, ethical operations and satisfaction.
• Lead grant-based revenue cycle audits (e.g., 330e, 340b, UDS, Ryan White).
• Oversee deposits, demographics accuracy, and patient billing data entry.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers on credentialing, especially for new providers.
• Monitor monthly charge and posting volumes to ensure workflow keeps pace.
• Recommend changes to work schedules to improve throughput.
• Drive process improvements across revenue cycle and financial performance.
