The Mobile Source Control Division (MSCD), the largest division within the California Air Resources Board and responsible for administering billions of dollars in incentive funding, is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor II to lead the Division Office’s fiscal, administrative, and incentive operations support functions. This position provides critical oversight of high volume, high risk fiscal operations tied to MSCD’s expanding incentive portfolio. The Supervisor II will supervise one Supervisor I and eight staff responsible for fiscal accountability, audit readiness, internal controls, agreements and payments processing, and coordination with internal and external partners. Collaborates with departmental staff on the management of multiple grant programs. Under the direction of the Incentives and Technology Advancmeent Branch Chief, the Supervisor II independently responds to fiscal, administrative, and policy issues; oversees revenue forecasting and complex fund management activities; and provides expert recommendations to MSCD leadership and Executive Management on legislative, programmatic, and fiscal matters. This position ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of incentive program funding and supports MSCD’s mission to deliver emission reducing investments.
