Job summary

The Henry Art Gallery seeks a Grants and Sponsorships Manager to lead corporate, foundation, and government fundraising efforts. You will manage a portfolio of 50-75 funders and work with the Deputy Director, External Relations to deepen partnerships for Henry's programs.

You will craft proposals, coordinate with curatorial and marketing teams, and report on fundraising progress across campus. This role requires strong relationship-building and strategic planning at a major arts institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of three years in advancement/development or related field.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reports and spreadsheets.
• Ability to cultivate and steward strong donor relationships and align donor interests with institutional goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement corporate, foundation, and government fundraising to support the Henry's strategic priorities.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward funders capable of major gifts (10K+).
• Manage a portfolio of 50-75 funding partners and report progress to the Deputy Director, External Relations.
• Develop compelling gift/grant language with curatorial input and prepare proposals.
