Job summary

Greenwich House is seeking a highly organized Grants Manager to support the management of a growing institutional grants portfolio representing approximately 40–50 contracts. This role serves as a key operational partner within the Development team, helping ensure that proposals, contracts, reports, renewals, budgets, and related grant activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

Working closely with the Director of Institutional Giving, Development, Program, Finance, and Executive

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in grants management or related field.
• Experience managing government contracts or institutional grants preferred.
• Grant-writing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a grants portfolio of government contracts and private foundations across the full grant lifecycle.
• Monitor funding opportunities and support opportunity evaluation with leadership.
• Prepare proposals, reports, renewals, and related grant content.
• Collaborate with Program, Finance, Development, and leadership to gather data and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Maintain tracking in Raiser's Edge and coordinate deadlines with stakeholders.
• Assist with budgets, amendments, and post-award activities.
