The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Sponsored Program Administrator I to manage the full lifecycle of sponsored research projects from pre-award through post-award.

You will handle proposal development, budgeting, compliance checks, and liaison with faculty and sponsors to negotiate and administer grants and contracts. You will ensure adherence to sponsor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and timely reporting, coordinating with multiple

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of sponsored program research projects from pre-award to post-award.
• Oversee budget review, compliance checks, award administration and reporting.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and required documents for submission.
• Serve as liaison between faculty, departments, and sponsors to negotiate and manage grants and contracts.
• Ensure adherence to sponsor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
