The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide administrative project oversight within a defined scope under supervision.

The role coordinates budget, space management, personnel management, contracts, and purchasing to support DoW/USU Brain Tissue Repository activities. Responsibilities include ensuring award terms are met, timely reporting, data collection for grants and publications, and collaboration with internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0-2 years experience required.
• Knowledge of organizational objectives and office automation.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, ensures the terms and conditions of the award and funding vehicle are adhered.
• Assists in ensuring all required reports are completed and submitted on time.
• Monitors study performance, analyses, and reviews results, and oversees development and implementation of new protocols.
• Communicates with internal staff and external customers. Negotiates with vendors and obtains quotes for equipment.
• Provides administrative support under the direction of a supervisor such as hiring, purchasing, and tracking progress.
• Assists in overseeing and managing collection, maintenance, analysis, and evaluation of data used in grant submissions, presentations, and publications.
• May include budgetary responsibility to include plan/forecast.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
