Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a grants administrator to manage pre-award and post-award functions under the direction of the Manager/Director. You will prepare grant applications, coordinate required institutional reviews, and work with Principal Investigators to ensure timely submissions.

This role processes financial transactions, monitors budgets, and may advise investigators on financial management of portfolios.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Business Administration or Public Health background is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of research admin or 3 years of related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Allocates research labor costs and approves purchase requisitions.
• Coordinates departmental effort reporting and submits certified reports.
• Identifies funding sources and disseminates program information.
• Submits sponsor reports with Research Admin and Finance offices.
• Works with investigators to develop budgets and forecasts expenditures.
• Ensures timely renewal of grants and closeouts; submits progress reports.
• Keeps skills current through institutional training on regulations and policies.
