Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from undergraduate or graduate program in nonprofit management, public policy, business, communications, life sciences, public health, or related field.
  • Interest in grants, sponsored programs, nonprofit funding, research administration, or philanthropy.
  • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to track deadlines and requirements.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel (MS Office).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Research grant opportunities, foundations, and funding priorities.
  • Help organize proposal materials, timelines, and required attachments.
  • Support grant reporting by gathering updates and documentation.
  • Maintain grant calendars, files, and funder information.
  • Draft short summaries, updates, and stewardship materials.
