The program runs May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027, with a 35-hour week schedule and a total stipend of $9,650, disbursed bi-weekly.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in finance, accounting, business, economics, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in financial operations, accounting, budgeting, grants finance, or nonprofit administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment.
  • Commitment to the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and financial records.
  • Support budget tracking, account reconciliation, and basic reporting.
  • Help organize finance files and vendor documentation.
  • Use Excel to maintain spreadsheets and summarize information.
  • Support special projects that improve finance workflows.
