Foundation for California Community Colleges is seeking a Grants Management Coordinator (Remote, CA resident) to oversee grant contracting, transition to active grants, and workflow management in Salesforce and Asana. You will coordinate meetings, triage inquiries, maintain SharePoint, and collaborate with finance and program teams to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

100% Remote within California, Must reside in California The Foundation for California Community Colleges generates and manages more than $200 million in annual revenue to support 116 California community colleges and the students they serve. The Resource Development Department leads this work, and the Resource Operations and Insights (ROI) unit within it develops and manages the systems, data, reports, and processes that ensure the organization delivers with excellence on its commitments to donors and funders. This includes Salesforce content management, grant agreement compliance, revenue reporting to the Board of Directors and executives, and coordination across program and finance teams.
Minimum of 1.5-2 years of work experience in an administrative capacity supporting grants in a grants development or grants management office. Proficiency, or willingness to develop high proficiency, with Salesforce CRM and Asana work management platform. Ability to quickly master new software. Experience with complex scheduling and meeting coordination is a plus. Careful attention to detail, including the ability to extract data from documents and accurately enter it in a database, and to spot typographical errors and other inconsistencies. Experience with the California Community Colleges is a plus.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00 Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
