Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support the Business Development team. This role maintains the Development CRM, coordinates grant proposals, tracks deadlines, and conducts research to inform funding strategies.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and proactive, with experience using monday.com, Office 365, Salesforce, and CRM platforms, and an understanding that AI is a tool, not a team member.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM or proposal management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and submission of grant proposals.
• Track proposal requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized records of content and submission history.
• Manage calendars and meetings; prepare agendas.
• Maintain CRM content and generate dashboards.
• Onboard and train new team members.
