Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Development Specialist to support the proposal and grant development efforts within the organization's business development program. You will assist leadership and project teams to execute growth strategies and help produce high-quality proposals, while maintaining CRM data management.

The role emphasizes technical support for CRM, SharePoint, and content management systems; plus reporting with PowerBI dashboards to communicate BD activities.

Qualifications

• AA/AS required or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 4 years of experience related to essential functions of the job or relevant education/experience.
• 2 years of experience with word processing, basic spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Proposal and Grant Development: supports the Business Development team in proposal response, including template creation, compliance matrices, resumes, proposal SharePoint site maintenance, and other proposal development ancillary activities upon request.
• Technical Support: Manages the business development technical support process and team help desk, serves as the subject matter expert on the operations of technical solutions including CRM, Content Management System, SharePoint, etc.
• Operational Improvement: While supporting business development operational needs, this position researches, recommends, and coordinates technical solutions to improve business development operations. Assists BD Directors with creating and documenting new technical specifications for future development and enhancements of the CRM.
• Administrative Support: Supports administrative needs of business development team including managing conference exhibit booth materials and training initiatives for business development processes and systems.
• Department Reporting: Works with IT to create PowerBI reports and advanced dashboards to communicate business development activities for the department.
