Job summary

Comagine-Health seeks a Development Specialist to support the Proposal and Grant Development function within the business development program. You will help produce high-quality proposals and support CRM data management, SharePoint operations, and reporting.

The role involves managing templates, compliance matrices, resumes, and cross-functional coordination with leadership and project teams to strengthen BD operations.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or equivalent required.
• 4 years of experience related to essential functions or relevant education/experience.
• 2 years of experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Proposal and Grant Development: supports the Business Development team in proposal development activities such as template creation, compliance matrices, resumes, and SharePoint maintenance.
• Technical Support: manages BD technical support process and acts as SME on CRM, CMS, SharePoint.
• Operational Improvement: researches and coordinates technical solutions to improve BD operations and documents CRM specifications.
• Administrative Support: supports BD team with conference materials and training initiatives.
• Department Reporting: works with IT to create PowerBI reports and dashboards.

Job Summary

This position supports the organization’s business development program by supporting leadership and project teams to execute growth strategies. It contributes to the production of high-quality proposals and strengthens business development operations through technical and administrative support, process improvement, and accurate CRM data management.

Required Qualifications

• AA/AS
• 4 years of experience related to most of the essential functions of the job or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience/intermediate skill level in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proposal and Grant Development: Supports the Business Development team in proposal response, including template creation, compliance matrices, resumes, proposal SharePoint site maintenance, and other proposal development ancillary activities upon request.
• Technical Support: Manages the business development technical support process and team help desk, serves as the subject matter expert on the operations of technical solutions including CRM, Content Management System, SharePoint, etc.
• Operational Improvement: While supporting business development operational needs, this position researches, recommends, and coordinates technical solutions to improve business development operations. Assists BD Directors with creating and documenting new technical specifications for future development and enhancements of the CRM.
• Administrative Support: Supports administrative needs of business development team including managing conference exhibit booth materials and training initiatives for business development processes and systems.
• Department Reporting: Works with IT to create PowerBI reports and advanced dashboards to communicate business development activities for the department.
