Job summary

The PBS Foundation in Arlington, VA seeks a Grants/Donations Administrator to support the Sr. Director of Project Development and Grants Management. You will track grant terms, input data, and prepare materials for funders and internal teams.

Requirements include at least three years in nonprofit work, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with grants management software and MS Office. The role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least three years of nonprofit work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year using a database or grants management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Director of Project Development and Grants Management in administering grants and tracking terms.
• Maintain files and database records for proposals and grants.
• Prepare meeting materials including analyses and decks.
• Track funded programs to support reporting.
• Assist in drafting grant reports, LOIs, and other funder communications; coordinate with finance and BI teams.
• Serve on the Foundation operations support team handling administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
