Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates computerized project and grant records.
• Enters invoice information to create project invoice proposals for reimbursements.
• Reviews invoices and payment records for reimbursements; prepares support for reimbursements.
• Reconciles expenses and project postings.
• Verifies the status of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in D365.
• Distributes project salary files.
