Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of payroll, accounting or closely related work.
• 1 year of transit experience and/or equivalent education.
• Valid Driver's License; Virginia license within 60 days after hire.
• Non-Essential personnel status; FLSA Non-Exempt.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and leave records; verify leave and hours data.
• Manage daily time and attendance records for operators; process sickness/absences.
• Bi-weekly payroll merge processing; verify data in HASTUS and Workday; enter data.
• Maintain records in compliance with Records Management Policy; prepare reports.
• Organize department files and support payroll and administrative duties.
