Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in budget and accounting (government preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain budgeting process from database design through budget approval and publishing.
• Integrate data from CloudSuite into the budget software ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare a $300 million calendar and fiscal budget.
• Analyze, review, and negotiate departmental budgets.
• Prepare Strategy & Budget document and Budget Briefing with departments.
• Create ad hoc views and write reports with Microsoft Report Builder in Euna.
• Write SQL queries with Euna database.
• Manage the OpenBook site – budget transparency for citizens.
• Reconcile and manage funds and perform monthly closes.
