Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Administrator to support the Sr. Director of Programs in strategic planning, grant compliance, and coordinating with partners. The role emphasizes documentation, training delivery, and staff oversight across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will have a social service background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules while advancing community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in social service or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience or training in crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Director of Programs in creating a strategic plan to meet grant deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to revise and update action plans.
• Prepare compliance documentation and reports with Sr. Director of Programs.
• Disseminate critical communication and coordinate efforts among providers as convener.
• Develop/coordinate training curriculum for orientation to referral services.
• Oversee and deliver training sessions for staff and presentations.
• Monitor timelines for grant activities and conduct baseline/periodic assessments.
• Recruit internal and external candidates for grant advisory boards and task forces.
• Arrange meetings with partners to coordinate grant activities.
• Document staff referrals and program enrollment in ETO/case files within 48 hours.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Ensure staff reporting is accurately documented in ETO weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.
