Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a database of contacts, programs, and data for periodic reports.
• Identify and schedule classroom space as needed for program events.
• Coordinate program activities and presentation materials for events.
• Monitor and document program activities and performance and report results.
• Develop, implement and maintain operational procedures.
• Coordinate assigned program meetings and events.
• Provide data entry and verification for state and internal reports as requested.
• Develop public relation initiatives with the Office of Communications.
