Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Grants Manager to lead portfolio management and drive operational excellence across our philanthropy efforts, focusing on education transformation and social change.

You will build relationships with Education Program Officers and cross-functional teams, maintain data integrity, and identify grant opportunities while ensuring timely approvals and strategic deployment of resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, coordination, and/or grant management.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to drive process improvements.
• Humility, integrity, and professionalism; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Database experience, ideally Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking for a portfolio of diverse partnerships.
• Coordinate required approvals and share information clearly.
• Ensure a high degree of data integrity on all portfolio activities.
• Partner with Education Program Officers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate to analyze grant funding opportunities and participate in the grant recommendation process.
• Drive operational excellence across diverse grants and partnerships.
