Stand Together seeks a Grants Manager to lead portfolio management for a diverse set of social-change grants within the Stand Together Trust. You will build relationships across internal teams and apply project management rigor to ensure data integrity and impactful investments.

The role focuses on education transformation partnerships, collaborating with Education Program Officers, Finance, and Compliance to align operations with strategy and drive measurable outcomes for Stand Together's

Qualificações

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, and/or grant management.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to define and communicate what is needed to advance processes.
• High degree of humility, integrity, and professionalism to collaborate with a wide variety of audiences and personalities.
• Database experience, ideally with Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Grant Portfolio Management and Tracking: Maintain tracking and gather progress insights for a portfolio of diverse partnerships and ensure data integrity.
• Internal Coordination: Partner with Education Program Officers and other teams to connect operations with strategy and report cross-functional progress.
• Operational Excellence: Build out processes for diverse grants and drive project management across organizations to support investment decisions.
