• Experience in grant program development, management or fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of grant programs aligned with Magnolia Public Schools' goals.
• Oversee the grant application process from sourcing to submission and reporting.
• Develop and monitor grant budgets and timelines for program execution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and compliance documentation to funders.
• Provide staff training on grant development and management and support grantees.
