Job summary

Pisces Foundation seeks a Grants Manager to lead its grantmaking operations, ensuring impact and compliance. The role owns the grants management process, policies, systems, and tools, collaborating with the Program team and serving as a thought leader on grants best practices.

You will lead a two-person grants team (Grants Associate) and report to the Operations Director, guiding workflow, budgeting, data, and evaluation efforts and strengthening internal relationships.

• Ability to develop policies, tools, and workflows for grantmaking.
• Strong collaboration with program teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing a small grants team.

Job description

The Grants Manager leads the Foundation’s grantmaking operations to drive impact and ensure compliance. The Grants Manager owns the Foundation’s grants management process, policies, systems, and tools. This role collaborates closely with the Program team and is a thought leader for the Foundation on grants process and best practices. The Grants Manager will lead a grants team of two that centralizes grants process work. This role manages a Grants Associate and reports to the Operations Director.
