Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting/financial analysis role.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license for travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four primary government grant activities (Federal, State, City, County).
• Produce budgets and narratives detailing personnel, time, and spending per grant.
• Maintain financial documentation and grant records for the portfolio.
• Coordinate reimbursement requests and monitor grant expenditures monthly.
• Track grant submission deadlines and reporting obligations; ensure timely completion.
• Provide backup for agency accounting and billing functions as required.
