Responsabilités

• Manage assigned grant portfolio through all stages: planning, implementation, reporting, compliance, and closeout.
• Coordinate with departments, funders, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements, state/federal standards, and County standards.
• Monitor budgets, performance measures, and deliverables for grant initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Identify and address compliance or implementation issues promptly.
