Build Commonwealth is seeking a Grants Manager to support grant tracking, reporting, and proposal submission. You will work with the CEO, Associate Director, and directors to maintain grant data, ensure timely reporting, and prepare competitive proposals.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and proactive project management across a small team. The position involves developing grant-writing collateral, researching funders, coordinating submissions, and supporting monthly budget

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative work and project management experience; grant proposal preparation strongly preferred.
• Experience writing and/or editing grant proposals and reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Track grants through their lifecycle and manage deadlines with internal/external partners.
• Develop and maintain a grant database, generate reports and analyses.
• Coordinate and submit grant proposals, reports, and collateral with senior leaders.
• Assist with crafting and writing grant proposals and reports as needed.
• Maintain a library of grant-writing collateral and funder requirements.
• Support project budget management to fulfill restricted funding and board reports.
