Job summary

The Tepper Foundation is expanding its portfolio team to advance our mission by guiding grantmaking across diverse portfolios and refining strategic directions. • Experience in grantmaking and program evaluation preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain external partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication for funder reporting.
