You will manage the full lifecycle of grants and scholarships, ensuring due diligence, compliance, reporting, and board-ready materials, while supporting community relations and impact storytelling. The role requires building partner relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining robust data and processes to drive strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience managing grants, due diligence, compliance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full grant and scholarship lifecycle, including due diligence, documentation, reporting, and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for applicants and grantees; communicate guidelines and coordinate site visits.
• Administer the foundation scholarship program with external partners, including communications and disbursement.
• Prepare objective, decision-ready materials for grant committees and leadership.
• Support portfolio reviews and new grantmaking opportunities.
• Monitor compliance, maintain records, and escalate risks as needed.
• Own grants-management systems, data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop Board materials and provide reliable metrics for grantmaking and impact.
