You’ll translate priorities into actionable plans, manage proposals and reporting, and maintain a centralized calendar. The role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and scalable processes to help CarePortal

Qualifications

Experience coordinating multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Ability to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Comfort using collaboration tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace.
Interest in nonprofit fundraising, grants, or government reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional Advancement projects from initiation to completion.
Translate priorities into clear plans with owners, timelines, and risks.
Own proposal, reporting, and deadline management across departments.
Maintain centralized calendar and source of truth for deadlines and deliverables.
Support development of progress reports and stakeholder communications.
