Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years related work experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full financial lifecycle of awarded funds from setup to closeout.
• Develop grant budgets with program managers during the application process.
• Bill funding agencies monthly based on actual expenditures.
• Monitor grant spending and ensure timely spend-down and expense validation.
• Review journal entries and reconcile grant receivables and restricted net assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and federal guidelines.
• Prepare information for UDS, FFR, and other federal grant reporting.
• Coordinate time and effort reports with HR and finance; allocate expenses to grant cost centers.
• Provide grant budgeting and forecasting for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
