Job summary

LA Family Housing in Los Angeles seeks a Grants Manager to develop, write, and manage private and public grant proposals and reports. You will coordinate with program teams, ensure timely submissions, and help grow foundation and corporate funding to support the agency’s mission.

Reporting to the Director of Grants, you’ll drive grant strategy, research new funding sources, and manage NOFOs and contract reporting while collaborating across departments to maximize funding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years in grant writing, fundraising, or partnerships.
• Experience in homelessness/hosted services preferred.
• Ability to develop and submit grant proposals with excellent writing and editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write funding proposals, LOIs, and grant reports.
• Collaborate with Programs and other teams to align proposals with needs.
• Manage public funding proposals and NOFO reviews with cross-department coordination.
• Lead grant relationship management and project management for submissions.
