Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with budget software implementation or working in a budget office or similar complex ERP delivery.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and documenting future state requirements in a structured way.
• Strong change management instincts to guide customers through process changes.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple implementations and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills for executives and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level implementations, managing scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle and set expectations.
• Plan and facilitate working sessions to document current-state workflows and business requirements.
• Design future-state workflows balancing customer requests with system feasibility and plan change management.
• Oversee data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, and load; coordinate with product/Dev teams on gaps.
• Support testing, training, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stability efforts.
