Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. 200) and DOL-VETS guidance.
• Ability to be in person 2–3 days a week in East Austin.

Responsibilities

• Ensure grant compliance and monitor performance against federal targets and program benchmarks.
• Maintain data quality and real-time documentation of eligibility, plans, services, and outcomes.
• Prepare quarterly narratives and performance reports in VGRS and PMS reporting systems.
• Coordinate financial reporting via PMS and SF-425.
• Lead internal file reviews to ensure eligibility and compliance.
