We are seeking a Grants Impact Manager to help ensure our Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) delivers measurable results for veterans while meeting the rigorous compliance standards associated with federal funding.
The Grants Impact Manager is responsible for grant compliance, performance monitoring, data integrity, and federal reporting for CARDBoard Project’s HVRP program.
This person will serve as a critical link between program delivery, data, compliance, and organizational leadership—making sure participant records are complete, outcomes are accurately captured, federal requirements are met, and program performance is understood in real time.
The right candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and federal regulations, and able to translate compliance requirements into practical systems that help a program perform better. This position is grant funded.
Up to $62,5000/year

You can move comfortably between federal regulations, spreadsheets and case-management systems, participant files, program outcomes, and conversations with staff.
