Job summary

Avenue 360 Health and Wellness in Houston, TX seeks a Grants Manager to oversee the lifecycle of grants and contracts. You will ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance across departments, guiding the grant process from development through invoicing.

Under the EVP Finance, you will manage Granttracker+ and maintain records, coordinating with staff to fulfill contractual obligations and stay current on FQHC HRSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (BA or BS).
• Minimum of three years experience with grants management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees grants lifecycle from development to invoicing.
• Ensures compliance with reporting and contractual obligations.
• Coordinates among departments to monetize contracts.
• Maintains grant/contract records and uses Granttracker+ system.
• Supports monitoring visits and audits.
