St. Joseph’s Center is hiring a Grants Manager to lead our grant work from search through submission and award management. You will collaborate with program leaders, Finance and partners to craft fundable proposals that support services and growth.

The role emphasizes strong writing, research, and budgeting skills, with opportunities to work across private, corporate, foundation and government funding streams. Join a mission-driven team that values integrity and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in grant writing, grant management and fund development; government grants preferred.
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate grant opportunities that align with Center’s needs.
• Prepare complete grant applications with narratives, outcomes, budgets.
• Manage full grant lifecycle using grants management software and tracking calendars.
• Monitor grant spending, ensure compliance, and modify budgets if needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, program officers and partners.
• Report on grants pipeline, awards status and outcomes to Administration.
