Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial management of grants, donations, contracts, and institutional funds.
• Prepare monthly closings and regulatory compliance.
• Use Sage 100 or financial ERP for records, analysis, account maintenance, and reporting.
• Review, code, and reconcile invoices and payments.
• Monitor grants and post-award contract compliance.
• Support budgets, disbursements, and closings for capital projects.
