Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a Grants Financial Manager to support grant accounting processes, award management, and cash handling using Workday and CTMS. The role ensures expenditure compliance with budgets and federal/industry regulations.

Requires 3 years in grants financial management or research administration and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of Workday, CTMS, and/or EPIC is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in grants financial management or research administration.
• Knowledge of Workday, CTMS, and/or EPIC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all billing and reporting aspects of an assigned grant portfolio.
• Makes corrections to award information in Workday as necessary.
• Creates and maintains grant portfolio files on One Drive and in Workday.
• Works closely with research administrator to ensure grant activity transactions are posted and reconciled.
• Prepares invoices to external sponsors according to contract terms.
• Assists with grant activity close-out and reconciliation.
• Maintains the grant invoice log and provides monthly reports to Grants Accounting Manager.
• Supports A-133 audit as necessary.
