Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Grants Accountant to manage billing and reporting for a grant portfolio. You will prepare invoices for sponsors, reconcile grant activity in Workday, and maintain grant files in One Drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Research Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Grants Financial management or Research Administration.
• Knowledge of Workday, Clinical Trials Management system, and EPIC systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages all billing and reporting aspects of an assigned grant portfolio.
• Prepares and provides invoices to external sponsors per contract terms.
• Assists with grant close-out and reconciliation.
• Supports audits as necessary.
