Job summary

Urban Sprouts Child Development Center is seeking a Development Manager to support development operations, grants management, and fundraising initiatives. This in-person role reports to the Chief of Strategy & Institutional Advancement and collaborates across departments to meet annual goals.

You will handle administrative tasks, donor records in N4G, grant budgets and reporting, weekly meeting agendas, event support, board materials, and data tracking.

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years in fund development or administrative work.
• Grant administration experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage backend development tasks, records, and documentation.
• Maintain donor records and meeting notes in N4G.
• Prepare weekly Development Meeting agendas and distribute by Tuesday.
• Oversee grant calendars, deadlines, budgets, and reporting.
• Support donor events and campaign logistics.
• Track donations and compile monthly reports.
• Provide board materials and support special projects.
