Urban Sprouts Child Development Center (USCDC) seeks a Development Director to advance the organization's fundraising and donor relations. This in-person, Saint Louis-based role leads a growing development team and oversees grants, events, and campaigns.

You will partner with leadership to implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, cultivate major gifts, and monitor metrics while ensuring strong donor stewardship across diverse communities.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of fund development experience.
• 2+ years leading teams, managing projects, or supervising interns/volunteers.
• 3+ years of grant administration experience preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and nonprofit CRM/tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop with key stakeholders the Annual Fund Plan and ensure implementation.
• Lead donor cultivation and stewardship across major, mid, and smaller gifts.
• Create and monitor fundraising metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate with the Board, ED, and staff to foster philanthropy at all levels.
• Coordinate with volunteers and contractors for events and campaigns.
