Job summary

Urban Sprouts Child Development Center is seeking a Development Manager to oversee backend development tasks, grant calendars, donor records, and meeting coordination. The role supports fundraising efforts and stewardship initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to meet campaign goals.

The position is in-person at the Urban Sprouts Campus, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to impact children and families in the community.

Qualifications

• 2-10+ years in fund development or administrative work.
• 1+ years in grant administration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage backend development tasks, including record keeping and documentation.
• Maintain donor records and meeting notes in N4G.
• Prepare weekly Development Meeting agendas and distribute on time.
• Support grant drafting, submission, and reporting with leadership input.
• Track and reconcile donations in N4G; compile monthly reports.
